Seeking advice for my career and marriage

I worked really hard but I just can't see good prospects coming along. I became very short tempered and low self confidence always hinder me from moving forward. >> >> I am a worrier. Always scare things happen in negative way, worried I can't meet people expectations. From young till now, I don't really like networking with people unless close friends. I know I need to meet more people but I just don't like it.
