何時找到工作 + 何時可以移民外國
I have been jobless from 2007 till now, and my health is getting worst in these years. Would you mind give me some guidance on my fate, 1/ what time I can get a job 2/ what time I can make a migration, to Canada ? or a place you suggest

That is meant I'll get a job after I migrate, right ?
For migration, I am considering to take further study in abroad (cuz it is easier to have migration through Study Permit), or looking for a job offer (it is quite hard to get a job offer for a recruiter to employ an overseas candidate) .... what do you think ?
If it is necessary for me to take migration to South, there was an opportunity for me to migrate Australia but failed in 2007 ....furthermore, Australia is a 'fire' place, seems like my luck is getting less cuz 'fire' will make more 'soil' to make my fate worse , I am not easy to live there......, while Canada (or California, New York, Japan ) is 'eastern side' and rich 'water and wood', I can the 'wood can overcome the 'soil' in my fate ..... do you think it?
