請問此小女孩心臟有孔病能否得救？

1- Hi, I am totally new to 4 pillars / bazi. Please help me interpret the attached chart. She is a Malaysian born on Sept 5, 2014 at 8:30PM

2-She was born premature. Her heart has holes and not fully formed. Her heart condition caused her to have respiratory issues and unable to gain weight to qualify her for operation. Doctors told us not to put too much hope on recovery Is there something we could do in terms of feng shui or just anything at all that would help her condition?

3- After 5 months, she managed to reach 2kg. Local hospitals will not keep babies above 1.8kg. They will be releasing her in March despite her heart and lungs conditions. She depends on oxygen to help her breath because her lungs are constantly filled with fluid due to the holes in her heart. She is also on feeding tube. Right from birth, docs told us she will not survive but she has made it this far. She has been a very strong fighter Heart specialist told us that it is just a 50% chance that surgery (only if she reaches 5kg) will help her recover and she will need oxygen tank for breathing even after surgery. The heart surgeries are very expensive for us and she needs more than 1 surgery. If we put in all the money to surgery we will have nothing left for her daily survival. Some days she will suddenly stop breathing and nurses and docs would revive her. Watching her suffer every day just tears my heart apart. Some times I would pray that she could go peacefully and dont have to go through all these pains
